About Leah Roustan

Leah Gay Roustan was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Anderson  High School and attended the University of Texas in Austin. She moved to South Padre  Island in 2005, started working in short-term vacation rentals in 2010, and earned her real estate license in 2012. 

While in South Padre Island, she sat as chair for the membership committee for the South  Padre Island Board of REALTORS® (SPIBOR) where she planned meetings, speakers,  sponsors, education on current events, TREC changes, and other important information.  She also represented South Padre Island as the Texas REALTOR® Director, attending state conferences and representing her area regarding real estate issues in the state of Texas.  She was voted 2020 REALTOR® of the Year by SPIBOR. She is looking forward to being actively involved in the Austin Board of REALTORS®. 

After 14 years in real estate, what sets Leah apart is her ability to guide her clients through the whole process – looking, finding, negotiating, and closing with experience and expertise. Her go-getter attitude makes Leah unafraid to get in the trenches with her clients, and she loves being involved in every aspect of the deal. She believes once you start the process, you are a team, and she is invested in your transaction like it was her very own. 

Leah is excited about her new chapter at EXP Realty and joining Noa Levy and the Boutique Real Estate Group. She and Noa share the same values, ambitions, and professionalism and she cannot wait to show value to all of her clients. 

When not immersed in the 24/7 world of real estate, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband, Fabian Roustan, and they have two kids, Lillian and Hunter. Leah is fluent in Spanish (her husband is from Vera Cruz, Mexico) and she LOVES the culture and language. You can catch Leah enjoying Austin at Farmer’s markets, The Domain, Central  Market’s playground, walking the greenbelt, or eating County Line BBQ.
